On 16 May 2026, Say Know held our first public forum, bringing together more than 80 people on a rainy afternoon to ask the questions that had been on their minds about mood disorders.
It was an afternoon of honest questions, open conversations, and shared learning—creating space for people to better understand mental health beyond the usual conversations.
We are grateful to our community partners (Mindfull Community, Tapestry Project, and Singapore Anglican Community Services) for their support, and to SOAR (School of Ability & Recovery) for helping to make the event possible.
Thank you, everyone! Let's continue to cultivate the space for informed conversations about Mental Health in Singapore!
